Kimberly-Clark property sale in Everett falls apart

It was announced that the plan for transportation/distribution company Saltchuk to buy the 66-acre Kimberly-Clark mill property in Everett was called off. Here's a brief statement from Saltchuk:

April 30, 2014 - Seattle, WA - The purchase and sale agreement for Kimberly-Clark to sell its Everett property to Saltchuk, which the two parties announced in October 2013, has been terminated.  Despite the fact both sides worked diligently, they were unable to agree on the allocation of risks and responsibilities related to certain soil stability, seismic and environmental conditions as they relate to Saltchuk’s proposed use of the property as a ship yard and terminal.
