Bellingham, WA – March 19, 2014 – The Technology Alliance Group for Northwest Washington (TAG) is bringing attention to the local tech industry at its annual TechExpo + Job Fair. Visitors to the Bellingham TechExpo + Job Fair will get the opportunity to meet and mingle with local tech industry businesses and professionals, from large manufacturing companies to small start-up businesses.
This year’s event is anticipated to be bigger and better than before, with a new, larger venue and a return to an evening format. There is a new focus on bringing in start-up venture businesses, as well as involving K-12 Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education opportunities.
“This event is intended to showcase everything that the local technology industry has to offer the Pacific Northwest,” says Katie Berry, Events and Communication Coordinator for TAG, “We have a lot of potential for growth in Bellingham, and we want the local community to be aware of the opportunities around them and get involved.”

This free event is open to the public and will be held Friday, April 25 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Best Western PLUS Lakeway Inn & Conference Center, 714 Lakeway Drive in Bellingham.
