The good news for Canadians traveling into Whatcom County is that gas prices remain quite a deal in Bellingham, where the average price was $3.09 a gallon on Nov. 4, according to AAA Washington.
That's less than many other major Washington metro areas and much lower than the average price in British Columbia, which was $4.65 a gallon on Nov. 4, according to GasBuddy.com.
