Market Report: Drop in oil prices weakens Canadian dollar

The drop in oil prices and other factors continue to weaken the Canadian dollar, which was down to 87 cents compared to the U.S. dollar on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

The good news for Canadians traveling into Whatcom County is that gas prices remain quite a deal in Bellingham, where the average price was $3.09 a gallon on Nov. 4, according to AAA Washington.
