Bellingham resident Tim Connors said he just "had a a feeling" when he got a Seattle Seahawks tattoo calling them Super Bowl champs - before the NFL season started.

"I wanted to make sure it was before they played a single game, even a single preseason game," Connors said.

Connors became a bit of a media cult hit during the days leading up to Super Bowl XLVIII, doing radio and television interviews. Then came a call from Doritos, which provided him a free trip to New Jersey to watch the Seahawks beat the Denver Broncos, 43-8.

"I literally got the tattoo for myself and I never took into consideration them losing," Connors said. "I wouldn't change it for a second...went to the Super Bowl."
