BELLINGHAM — Cold, snowy weather has prompted Interfaith Coalition to open its severe-weather shelters
Saturday, Nov. 20.
There are two shelter locations, both of which will be open to the homeless from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The men’s shelter is located at Faith Lutheran Church on the corner of McLeod Road and Northwest Avenue.

The women and children’s shelter is located at Garden Street Methodist Church on the corner of North
Garden and East Magnolia streets.
Salt on the Street will have a marked van providing transportation to the shelters from 5 to 9 p.m., with
pickups at downtown spots including the Rainbow Center, 209 W. Holly St., and Church on the Street, 901
W. Holly St.
The shelters will also be open Sunday and Monday.
