CHOCOLATE CHIP/PEANUT BUTTER/OATMEAL COOKIES
11/2 sticks margarine

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups oats
2 cups chocolate chips
With electric beater, cream margarine with sugar, then add peanut butter, maple syrup, egg and vanilla. Stir until creamy.
Add dry ingredients and mix to form dough.
Dust hands with flour and shape into balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool on rack.
