Amy Cloud of Bellingham says she's a "pretty lousy cook/chef/baker," so she likes to keep recipes simple. "This is a recipe I invented when my daughter was small, so she could 'help' and I could keep it simple." Amy says.
1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)

6 ounces butterscotch chips
3 or 4 cups Rice Krispies
Big handfull of chocolate chips
Melt peanut butter with butterscotch chips over low heat or in microwave.
Stir in Rice Krispies (don't add too much cereal, you want all pieces covered).
Remove from heat and add a big handful of chocolate chips. (You can stir until all are melted, or just enough to mix them in without melting to get a big chocolate crunch.)
Spoon mixture into buttered 8- by 8-inch pan and smash down a little.
Chill in refrigerator, then cut.
