Paul and Adina Hofer of South Dakota announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Hofer to Dean Urquhart, son of Robert and Wendy Urquhart of Bellingham. Sarah and Dean will be married September 25, 2011 at Evergreen Gardens in Ferndale.
