Norma Marrs celebrated her 90th birthday over the February 22nd -24th weekend with members of her family and her church joining in the events. Norma’s two sons & their wives, two of her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. along with her sister and one of her nieces helped with making this a memorable occasion.
Norma has been on the staff of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church for years after having retired a couple of times from other churches. She spent years serving churches in Utah and Louisiana with her husband prior to his passing away in 1971. She then attended seminary in Austin, Texas, earning a Director of Religious Education certification before serving churches in Louisiana, Texas and finally, Washington.
Her love of God, church and family has been the focus of her life and she is still leaving her positive mark on those with whom she interacts.
Her sons are delighted that they have inherited her longevity genes.
