“The Princess Bride” is the final movie of the summer at the Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema.
Rob Reiner’s timeless adventure comedy, based on William Goldman’s beloved novel, shows at dusk Saturday, Aug. 29, at Fairhaven Village Green, 10th Street and Mill Avenue. Admission is $5; free for children 5 and younger.
Vendors will have hot food and snacks for sale. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Lawn chairs are allowed on the brick areas; blankets only on the grass.
Seating opens at 6:30 p.m.; singer-songwriter Amber Darland kicks the evening off at 7.
