Lynden’s annual Farmers Day Parade starts at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 6, at Front and 10th streets and runs east along Front to Third Street and then along Third to Grover Street.
Spectators and entry riders are encouraged to park north of Grover. Front Street will be closed between 17th Street and Second Street. Details: lynden.org.
Start out your day with the Farmer’s Day pancake breakfast from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at Lynden Community Center, 401 Grover St. Enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes or french toast, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice and coffee, all prepared and served by volunteers to benefit senior programs and services at the center.
