The Spark Museum of Electrical Invention presents “Return of the Nightmare,” a Halloween extravaganza, at 7 p.m. Oct. 29, 30 and 31 at the museum, 1312 Bay St.
The show is full of shocks and surprises with a haunted cast of crazy, unforgettable devices. See Maxwell, the schizoid talking robot. Hear Elvis, the singing Tesla coil. See the infamous Cage of Death. Watch the MegaZapper throw lightning. See mad scientists conjure up the ghosts of Thomas Edison, Nicola Tesla and special guest spirit Benjamin Franklinstein.
It’s a family event, but isn’t recommended for infants and toddlers. Cameras are welcome.
Tickets: $12 adults, $10 for museum members, $8 for kids 11 and younger. For an additional donation, adults can to enter the Cage of Death and be engulfed with 4 million volts of raw electricity. Details: 360-738-3886, sparkmuseum.org.
