Bellingham band Sanoma blends the Northwest’s garage rock and roll heritage with surf and spaghetti-Western elements to create cinematic-surf Western music.
The band — Cory DeMent, drums; Nick Rubert-Rhodes, Wurlitzer, Hammond B-3; Luke McGee, bass; Nathaniel Beede, guitar, vocals, percussion and Jonathan Anderson, harmony vocals, bass, percussion — celebrates the release of their new CD, “Seafaring,” at 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18 at the Green Frog, 1015 N. State St. Bellingham hard soul band the DT’s will close out the show with their blend of powerful R&B and rock & roll at 11 p.m.
