Alice Reberger and Sage Waters present works from the classical repertoire for cello and piano, including Jewish seasonal favorites, in a “Cello & Piano Classics for the Season of Reflection” concert at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at Whatcom Museum’s Old City Hall, 121 Prospect St.
Reberger earned her master’s degree in cello from the University of Oregon and soloed with the Juno Symphony. She teaches cello in Bellingham. Waters teaches piano and flute in Nooksack.
Their concert includes works by Ernest Bloch, Max Bruch, David Popper, Srul Irving Glick and Felix Mendelssohn. The concert is free for museum members, with a $3 suggested donation for non-members. Details: 360-778-8930.
