The seventh annual Sh’bang runs Friday through Sunday, Sept. 5-7, at the Lookout Arts Center, 246 Old Highway 99 North, near Alger, with outlandish shenanigans, including off-road soapbox derby action, live bands, vaudeville and circus acts, burlesque, camping, swimming, dancing, parades, clay wrestling, a creative kids’ zone, a zip line, interactive theme camps, workshops and carnival games.
Performers include Yogoman Burning Band, Hot Damn Scandal, members of Bellingham Circus Guild, Myrtle Family Band, and Emergency Circus. Tickets available at both Community Food Co-ops. Details: shbangfest.com, lookoutarts.com.
