Buying golf clubs without a personal club fitting is somewhat like purchasing a pair of shoes without checking the size. Custom fit golf clubs allow players to reach optimal performance without having to manipulate their swing.

Club fitting consists of a blend of static measurements (height, age, handicap), dynamic "in swing" measurements (club head speed, lie angle), validated by end product results (ball flight).

A professional club fitting will provide you the following personalized data: shaft length, shaft type, shaft flex, club head design, lie angle, grip size and set make-up. Professional club fitters often use technology, such as a launch monitor, to assist in their assessment. Launch monitors help measure club head speed, ball speed, carry distance, launch angle and spin rate.

After a custom fitting, golfers can feel secure they have made a good decision on their investment and swing with confidence. Purchasing a new set of clubs is a major investment, so get the right fit for your swing.
