The Bellingham Bells finished off a three-game set at home on a high note with a 5-3 win over Spokane in West Coast Collegiate Baseball League action on Sunday.
Bells pitcher Tyrell Poggemeyer improved to 3-0 after going 6 2/3 innings, giving up 10 hits, three earned runs, two walks while striking out four batters.
Dustin Horsfall pitched a 1-2-3 ninth to earn his first save of the season.
At the plate, Sean Halton went 4 for 4 with a run and three RBI, Kai Hatch was 1 for 4 with a run and an RBI and Danny Hennigs was 1 for 4 with an RBI.
The Bells (6-9) have today off and then play three games at Wenatchee starting Tuesday and then three at Bend before returning home July 8 to start a six-game homestand against Kitsap and Corvallis.
