3 Trout Fishing
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife has stocked Western Washington lakes with more than 340,000 trout this fall. Among those stocked in the past week are Fort Borst Park and South Lewis County Park ponds. Find more info at wdfw.wa.gov.
4 Special Thea Foss cruise
Metro Parks Tacoma and volunteers will lead this cruise for people with disabilities on the Thea Foss waterway; participants will ride on privately owned boats; cocoa, coffee and light refreshments will be available. 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday; meet at the Foss Waterway Seaport, 705 Dock St., Tacoma.
