The Squalicum baseball team bats came alive, going for 10 hits and 10 runs in a 10-3 Northwest Conference win over Nooksack Valley on Monday, April 6, at Nooksack.
Tim Lann led the Storm, going 2 for 4 with a pair of runs, a pair of doubles and a pair of stolen bases.
“We did some good clutch hitting today,” Squalicum coach John Inge said in a phone interview. “For as many hits and runs we had, we left a ton of runners on base. We left the bases loaded a couple innings, but we did get some good two-out clutch hits.”
