Yani Le had her best time of the season in the 100 breaststroke and Squalicum’s girls’ swim team beat Sedro-Woolley 122-44 on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Arne Hanna Aquatic Center. Le swam a 1:09.1 in the 100 breaststroke.
Le was also part of the 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay teams that picked up wins for the Storm.
Serena Allendorfer (200 medley relay, 50 free, 100 free, 400 free relay) and Abby Von Feldt (200 medley relay, 100 backstroke, 400 free relay) were also highlighted by Squalicum coach Steve Gibb for having a strong meet.
“We had a lot of good performances,” Gibb said in a phone interview. “We are in the middle of some heavy training, so I’m real pleased.”
