Q: Tried several times to place an ad via your web site to sell a motorhome. Selecting "Recreational Vehicle" from the prompts just provides the pull down menus for cars & pickups instead of RVs, making it impossible to place the ad online. Selecting "Contact Customer Service" tab does not provide an email address, phone number or any other way to "Contact Customer Service". Very frustrating.

A: The "Contact Us" tab includes our contacts. Classified Supervisor Corinna Healey-Smith can help you during business hours. Her phone is 756-2846 and her email is corinna.healey-smith@bellinghamherald.com.

Q: There is a commenter called "Instigater" who has made it his sole purpose in an online discussion forum (from an article about guns at Yeagers) to personally attack me and my nationality. I have reported all his comments as "abuse" but nothing seems to have been done. How many of such abusive attacks is a person allowed to make before they are banned?

A: Several people have to report abuse on a comment before we remove it. If a single commenter has multiple comments removed, they're banned from participation. If we're alerted to comments that meet the legal test for libel or are threats of physical violence or other illegal activity, editors remove those comments.

Q: I was in an article that ran on August 17th, 2009, about the Bellingham City Open tennis tournament. I believe it was in the sports section under community spotlight. Q: Hi Julie. I am having a problem with my online account. When I type in my email address (above), it says it's not in the system. So I gave up and tried to re-register, and it can't do this because that email address already "belongs to someone" in the system. Hmmmm. That would be me! So what should I do? I don't remember my password either. Can you help? Thank you.

A: Please email me at julie.shirley@bellinghamherald.com and I can fix that for you.

Q: Sometimes, like today and yesterday, I am unable to get the Sudoku puzzle. The page, calendar, etc. are there - but no puzzle. Any suggestions?

A: It's working when I try it. Do you have a pop-up blocker on? That can sometimes stop third-party content from showing.
