One of our local Realtors has deemed it unnecessary to include prices in his real estate ads -- and unfortunately, other Realtors are following his lead.
I liken it to those politicians who send us canned ads during the election season, and, usually at dinnertime, think this marketing strategy will be an enhancement to us voting for them. Why would anyone ever vote for someone who is so inconsiderate as to get us up from the dinner table to hear their pre-recorded drivel?
So this Realtor must feel that it makes good business sense to be so inconsiderate as to force the folks reading his ads to call in to his office to find out the prices of the homes he is advertising.
Smart business Mr. Realtor, smart business.
