The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Aaron Todd Olson, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of first-degree burglary and first-degree attempted robbery.

Alan Lee Blanchard, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of felony harassment and indecent exposure.

Louise Diane Baker, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Daryl Lee Warbus, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for minor in possession.

Keith Jeffery Tom Sr., booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of criminal trespassing.

Michael D. Whittier, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of unlawful imprisonment.

Justin Seanson Atwell, booked by the Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault and five counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Robert Kent Chase, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

William David Jefferson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of disobedience of a court order.

Candice Anette Jackson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting and failure to appear for an invalid operator's license.

Michael Lloyd Covert, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of attempt to elude and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Hussein Ali, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for a bench warrant.
