Whatcom County Jail report for June 22

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Shelia Lynn Phair, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

David Dwayne Perry, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of second-degree attempted burglary.

Manoj Kumar, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree assault.

Kevin M. Biggers, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Patrick Marion Brown, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of probation violation, residential burglary, second-degree theft and third-degree assault.

Lovisa Sequoia Vanweerdhuizen, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Osvaldo Hernandez-Jimenez, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Charles Edward Bryant, booked by the Everson Police Department for fourth-degree assault.
