The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Cedric Deon Alford, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for first-degree residential burglary and fourth-degree assault.

Wesley Robert Gordon, booked by the Nooksack Tribal Police for battery.

Michael Kevin Bayless, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Abram Marcelino Veliz, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

James Roy Stanfill, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license, two counts of second-degree theft.
