Whatcom County Jail report for Dec. 18

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Britton James Rider, booked by the Lynden Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Shawn Michael Baty, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.

John Patrick Rosch, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for cocaine possession.

Laura Katherine Rawes, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violation of a protection order.

Edward Joseph Argenio, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violation of a no contact order.

James Thomas Nicholson, booked by the Everson Police Department for fourth-degree assault, two counts of domestic violence physical assault and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Gage Stephen Marr, booked by the Lynden Police Department for fourth-degree assault and malicious mischief.

Anthony Santiago Tapia, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of burglary, fourth-degree assault, minor in possession, resisting arrest and car theft.

Derek Anders Gilfilen, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Ramon John Menchaca, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for two counts of violation of a no contact order.
