The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Michael Joseph Martin Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree theft and minor in possession.

Nicholas David Favro, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for minor in possession, first-degree trespass and marijuana possession.

James U. Ariko Jr., booked by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement for a U.S. Marshal hold.

Ryan Eugene Bass, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant.

John Lawrence Banuelos, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief and a Department of Corrections hold.
