Whatcom County Jail report for Nov. 17

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Joshua Frank Lane, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of residential burglary and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Richard Dwayne Hunter, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for first-degree negligent driving.

Jonathan Eggert Hawkes, booked by the Washington State Patrol for three counts third-degree driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear for assault and a civil bench warrant.

Sean Patrick Lytell, booked by the Western Washington University Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
