The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Patrick Richard Crego Jr., booked by the Bellingham Police Department for resisting arrest, minor in possession and failure to appear for disorderly conduct and minor in possession.

Brandon M. Minga, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for physical control of a motor vehicle.

Johnna Jan Coakley, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Jordan Gerald Lee Jackson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of disorderly conduct and obstructing law enforcement.

Ashley E. Wick, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for hit and run vehicular assault.

Jeffrey Lawrence James, booked by the Department of Corrections for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Martin Camacho, booked by the Department of Corrections for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Clarence Monty Cagey, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for a drug court violation.

Josef Karl Schuler, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for violation of a no contact order.

Michael Phillip Watts, by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Ralph Vernon Rose, by the Whatcom County Jail for failure to register as a sex offender.

Timothy Patrick Smith, by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for minor in possession.
