The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Nov. 23, 2009

Matthew-Scott Donald Howem, booked by the Everson Police Department for second-degree driving with a suspended license and no ignition interlock.

Steven Richard Miick, booked by U.S. Border Patrol for investigation of a fugitive warrant from Morris, New Jersey.

Chelsie Canida, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for minor operating a vehicle after alcohol consumption.

Tomas Perez Olguin, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for a court order, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Sidappa R. Tall, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespass.

Donald Devane Dununzio, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of third-degree assault and battery, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for unlawful issuance of blank checks.

Demetrius Legrand McDaniel, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree theft.
