Whatcom County Jail report for Nov. 18

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Robert Kent Chase, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for community supervision.

Wilibaldo Martinez Rodriguez, booked by the U.S. Border Patrol on investigation of conspiracy to deliver cocaine and a Border Patrol Criminal Alien Apprehension Program hold.

Nathanial Chavez Huckaby, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nathaniel Ernest Keith Deal, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license and two counts of fourth-degree assault.

Joshua Stephen Peterson, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for no valid operator's license.

Jeffrey James Bovenkamp, booked by the Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Mark Lester Grunden Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

German Quiahua, booked by the Everson Police Department for failure to appear for first-degree negligent driving and no valid operator's license.

Wilford Howard Sturgeon, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Correction secretary's warrant.

Julie Lynn Carleton, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Tomasina Ann Ballew, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for driving under the influence.

Kalin N. Brumbaugh, booked by the Western Washington University Police on investigation of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Thomas Clay McKinnon, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Yuri Vladimiravich Semikin, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and minor in possession.

Angela Lee Styczynski, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Zachary Reed Reinstein, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Christopher Anthony Wade, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for minor in possession, investigation of residential burglary, second-degree possession of stolen property and bond revocation for rape of a child.

Steven Alan Chapman, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of residential burglary, minor in possession, possession of a dangerous weapon and obstructing a law enforcement officer.

David Charles Maier, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of residential burglary, second-degree theft and minor in possession.

Jay B. Heckelman, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault.
