Whatcom County Jail report for Nov. 16

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Sherry Lynn Smart, booked by the Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for marijuana possession.

Chardell Rae Jefferson, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for manufacturing heroin and possession of a stolen firearm.

Becky Sue Lewis, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Ralph Alexander MacWilliams, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for violation of a protection order.

Nicholas Gorden Krause, booked into Whatcom County Jail for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Neill Henry Baker Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence, giving false information and violation of a protection order.

Clinton Toby Jefferson, booked by the U.S. Marshal for failure to appear for a probation violation and a Department of Corrections warrant.

Lavonne Cherie Marie Ballew, booked by the U.S. Marshal for two counts of second-degree burglary, making false statements, third-degree possession of stolen property, third-degree theft, failure to appear for third-degree theft, the use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a dangerous weapon and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Cynthia Gayle Jensen, booked by the U.S. Marshal for failure to appear for criminal impersonation and drug possession.

Philip Joseph Moitoret, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree burglary.

Christopher Arden Faricy, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for violation of an anti-harassment order.
