Whatcom County Jail report for Nov. 2

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Andrea Mae Campbell, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Victor John Curtis Papetti, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Monica Marie Zamudio, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Jack Arthur Bunton-Cagey, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant and third-degree assault.

William David Jefferson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for failure to report stolen items.

Devin James Rodriguez, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree burglary.

James Douglas Carlson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Stephanie Joyce Solomon, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of first-degree theft and forgery.

Nicholas Rashad Laird, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant, failure to appear for forgery, second-degree possession of stolen property and second-degree theft.

Chephren Anthony Westbrook, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of first-degree robbery, harassment and death threats.

Kirk Daniel Powless, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for investigation of first-degree malicious mischief.

Saundra Marie Tanner, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a sus-pended license.

Kellie Anne Brinton, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Daren Wayne Leazer, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Roy Thomas Mawhorter, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence, third-degree driving with a suspended license and criminal solicitation.

Justin Michael Forslof, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree assault, failure to appear for fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license and three counts of minor in possession.

Ian Charles Watson, booked by the Juvenile Department for failure to appear for probation violation and disorderly conduct.
