The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Michael Loren Becraft, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of six counts of retail theft.

Michael Ray Warbus, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for a bench warrant and possession of methamphetamines.

Linda Henderson Gregory, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Donald James Mason, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of forgery and second-degree theft.

Lorenzo Eloy Lechuga, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department on investigation of failure to register as a sex offender and failure to appear for driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Joseph E. French, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for forgery and second-degree theft.

Joel Armando Vazquez, booked by the Juvenile Department for a probation violation.

Bryan Lee Jonasson Jr., booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.
