Whatcom County Jail report for Oct. 28

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Kara Michelle Rhea, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for first-degree driving with a revoked license and no ignition interlock.

Jonathan Eric Jonah Scott, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Chad William Evans, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Samantha Marie Vandiest, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for two counts of second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kenneth Dale Gunning, booked by the Washington State Patrol for being in physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Ahbduraman O. Ahmed, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Issac Gomez Garza, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jeremiah Lance Winchester, booked by the Department of Corrections for a violation.

James Duane Jackson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for a probation violation, driving under the influence and resisting.

Joshua Lee Brown, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Janie Alanis, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Loreal Olivia Stevens, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license and possession of stolen property.

Michelle Kathleen Bartok, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Aaron James Williams, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.
