Whatcom County Jail report for Oct. 27

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

William Scott Grant, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of driving under the influence and failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Mukhtar Abdiwhab Ahmed, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Arturo Lopez-Suarez, booked by the Lynden Police Department for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

John David Stoller, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of a fugitive warrant from Nevada for bad checks.

Mandi Rose Robinson, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court commitment.

Jose Stevan Padilla, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two bench warrant for third-degree rape of a child.

Richard Ludivico Cadiente, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jonathan Eggert Hawkes, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for a civil bench warrant.
