Whatcom County Jail report for Oct. 26

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Ryan Matthew Winters, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Russell Jeffrey Stone, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

William Lawrance Jones, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

John Ed Davis-Monar, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of residential burglary and third-degree theft.

Jonah Walter Marriott, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of two counts of drug possession.

Anthony Lee Chastain, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence and first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Rhonda Binchus, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a material witness warrant.

Daniel Terry Lonneker, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a material witness warrant.

Hussein Ali, booked by Whatcom County Jail for failure to appear for three counts of drug violations and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Elijah Joseph Pickard, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespass.

Justin James Bonzon, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for three counts of drug possession.
