Whatcom County Jail report for Oct. 22

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Zuriel Perez, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for use and delivery of drug paraphernalia, failure to transfer title and possession of marijuana.

Brian Joseph Gregory Johnson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of delivering heroin and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Desiree M. Mork, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of possession and delivery of drugs.

Nathan Michael Smith, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of delivering methamphetamines.

Kevin Arthur Ward, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Joel Andrew Derusha, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office on investigation violating a no-contact order and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Shane Michael Stout, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of two counts of possession of drugs and failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license, five counts of forgery, second-degree theft and fourth-degree assault.

Eugena Marie Phair, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office on investigation of possession of heroin.

Reese Abelson, booked by the Ferndale Police Department on investigation of first-degree theft.

Aerial Brittany Speedis, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of second-degree burglary.

Sean Jeffry Heien, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of first-degree robbery and first-degree trafficking stolen property.

Jacob Brogen Oules, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for minor in possession by consumption.

Travis Wayne Weaver, booked by the Blaine Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Sarah Jane James, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office on investigation of delivering cocaine.

Ana Edith Jimenez, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of first-degree theft.

Amanda Rae Tallman, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Chris J. Woodle, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree vehicle prowl.

Tyler Christopher Archondous, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for minor in possession.
