Whatcom County Jail report for Oct. 21

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Holly Ann O'Neill-Smiley, booked by the Washington State Patrol on investigation of possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Eric Charles Opdyke, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief.

John Doe 196507, booked by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a federal hold.

Daisy May George, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of second-degree burglary.

Amos D. Steagall, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of two counts of delivering heroin.

Silvestre Avena-Partida, booked by the Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Bert Lynn Richardson, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with no ignition interlock.

Derreck C. Opheim, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of first-degree robbery and first-degree trafficking stolen property.

Darvin Claudois Vest Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with an invalid license.

Paul Anthony Stewart, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of violation of a no-contact order and two counts of second-degree assault.

Christopher Lee Wallace, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of two counts of delivering cocaine and four counts of delivering drugs.

Kyle John Martinson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department on investigation of possession and delivery of drugs and failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license and a narcotics violation.
