Whatcom County Jail report for Oct. 20

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Vaughn Tufts, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree malicious mischief.

Ryan William Haslip, booked by the Blaine Police Department for driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Robert James Rabang Jr., booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Carl Vincent Hill, booked by the Department of Corrections for first-degree child molestation and a Department of Corrections hold.

Lee Ann Collens, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree assault.

Heather Nicole Stutzman, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a material witness warrant.

Jerry Adam Cochran, booked by the Sumas Police Department for failure to appear for probation violation and driving under the influence.

Sheila Lorraine Cooper, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for unlawful issuance of blank checks.

Nicholas Rabang Cunanan, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a felony violation of a no contact order.

Jerome Albert Tom Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for marijuana possession, third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kristina Shenae Joyner, booked by the Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for driving under the influence.
