Whatcom County Jail report for Sept. 30

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Michael Edward Merle Johnny, booked by the Nooksack Tribal Police Department for failure to appear for minor in possession.

Aaron Peter Chevalley, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant and possession of drugs.

Frank Ellis Lane, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department on investigation of theft, disorderly conduct and malicious mischief.

Zachary Shane Tankersley, booked by the Western Washington University Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Grafton James Dekoster, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office on investigation of two counts of delivering and manufacturing heroin.

Evan Gregory Anderson, booked by the Lynden Police Department on investigation of three counts of delivering heroin.

Vasiliy Vasilyevich Orekhov, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Kirk Daniel Powless, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft and violation of a no-contact order.

Matthew Jeremy Arnold, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault, investigation of a felony violation of a no-contact order, third-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

John Monroe Harper, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for a probation violation.

David Allen Seigman, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for violation of a protection order and witness tampering.

Billy Paul Cooper, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts of fourth-degree assault.

Nichole Kay Larue, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree theft and contempt.

Robert Allen Lee, booked by the Ferndale Police Department on investigation of first-degree possession of stolen property.
