STEVENSON, Wash. -- Searchers are refusing to give up hope for three Yakama tribal fishermen missing after their boat capsized in the Columbia River near Stevenson.

But a spokesman says it's unlikely anyone could survive long in the 55-degree water.

Charles Hudson of the Inter-Tribal Fish Commission in Portland said enforcment officers from Hood River were coordinating the search Thursday with the Skamania County sheriff's office.

Searchers are walking both sides of the river while county divers search around where the boat was found capsized Wednesday near the mouth of Wind River. The Coast Guard also helped with the search.

Hudson says family members are with tribal spiritual leaders at the search site, about seven miles east of Stevenson.
