The third annual Whatcom County Science Fair will be held Saturday, March 14, at St. Paul’s Academy.
More than 130 students from first to 12th grade, from more than seven different schools, submitted projects for the fair last year. Previous projects focused on topics such as cellphone radiation, life on other planets and robot movement.
Public viewing for this year’s science fair will be 1:45 until 2:45 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul’s Academy, 1509 E. Victor St.
Following the public viewing, volunteer judges will review each project and award participants who score the highest in each category. The science fair follows the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair rules.
Never miss a local story.
