Tech Help, a Bellingham information technology company and a division of Big Fresh, has acquired Ovation Technical Services.
Operating since 2006, Ovation Tech’s main clientele were small-to-medium sized businesses with varying needs from network and server monitoring to maintenance and support, according to a news release from Big Fresh.
“We’re excited to have the opportunity to grow and strengthen our team. This will allow us to extend our reach even further in serving the technical needs of businesses in Whatcom and Skagit counties,” said Doug DeVries, founder and co-owner of Tech Help, in the news release.
Mark Knittel, owner of Ovation Tech, plans to remain active in the local tech community through the Technology Alliance Group and other organizations.

“The combined company will significantly expand the services and skills available for both sets of clients, and I am sure that the acquisition will be beneficial for them and our employees,” Knittel said.
Ovation Tech brings with them four employees to join the Tech Help team as account manager technicians. The staff from Ovation Tech will move into the Tech Help offices located at 2211 Rimland Drive, Suite 230. Ovation email addresses and phones will continue to work and forward to Tech Help.
