You gotta love those cheeky Canadians. They want to preserve their pristine countryside and ship 450,000 tons a year of their trash to Sumas. No thanks.
Trash sites, like forests, are limited and when they are gone there are no more. Why don't they just barge it out the San Juan straits and dump it next to the raw sewage from Victoria?
