The city of Bellingham faces important challenges, such as implementing tight budgets, redeveloping the waterfront, managing population growth and building new parks and trails. I believe Michael Lilliquist is the person best able to tackle these issues on City Council.

Michael has the knowledge, background, competence, passion, and concern for our future that will best serve local citizens on these and other critical issues. His past work as a citizen activist and volunteer (several city committees, neighborhood associations, PTA, and church board) demonstrate his strong commitment to our community.

In addition to his analytical skills, Michael is an excellent listener. He is genuinely interested in what other people have to say and in their diverse points of view. His curiosity and broad interests will greatly benefit us when Michael is on the Bellingham City Council. Please join me in voting for Michael Lilliquist.
