Since the ride will be downhill all the way, Troy Petersen carries five passengers to their destination Saturday night. Cascadia Cabs operates a group of pedaled trikes that cruise downtown Bellingham Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The rides are free but tips are welcomed by the drivers of the "Urban Chariots".
