The 15th annual Fiestas Patrias celebrates Hispanic Heritage month with food, music, dancing horses, and the popular dance group Chicas Reinas from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, at Pioneer Park, 2004 Cherry St., Ferndale.
