Lewis is a member of the Mount Baker Chapter of SHRM and is communications director for the Northwest Human Resource Management Association. She has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources. She is designated as a certified senior human resource professional and certified compensation professional. Lewis is a 1987 Western Washington University graduate and did her graduate work at Seattle Pacific University.
