Bellingham clothing store owner to open Portland location

A Bellingham business owner will soon be opening a store in Portland, Ore.
Alison Hawley of Bellingham has partnered with Victoria Gomez of Tacoma to open a Frank James store. Hawley owns the Frank James at the Gateway Building on Railroad Avenue and Holly Street. The store features clothing and accessories.
The Portland store is scheduled to have a soft opening Sept. 12 on E. Burnside St., with a grand opening later this year.
